| Leading independent supplier of electronic components, Rebound Electronics (UK) Ltd, announced today agreement under which it has acquired Hungerford based Delta Impact Limited. |

| Commenting on the acquisition, Simon Thake, Rebound's Group Managing Director said: "This acquisition represents a significant step forward towards our goal of becoming Europe's largest independent supplier of electronic components and supply chain management. Delta is a successful company employing around 42 staff across two sites and has an annual turnover of £8 million. The group's initial focus will be to maintain stability and develop a strategic growth plan that will enhance the services that we can offer to all of our customers". |
